Executive board
Who We Are
Gabby cadolino
president
I'm Gabby and I am a junior in Mechanical Engineering. I'm from Long Island, New York but immediately fell in love with Melbourne and being a part of Alpha Phi. Alpha Phi has given me so much, from my current internship, my study buddies and group project members, incredible leadership opportunities, connections on campus, and my best friends who I know will be there for me for years to come. I knew after meeting everyone on the first day of recruitment that this chapter would be my home away from home and I'm so incredibly grateful for it. I'm so excited to serve as Chapter President on the 2023-2024 executive board and I can't wait to see what this year brings!

devon mcmahon
Chapter advisor
I was initiated into the Theta Zeta chapter of Alpha Phi in Fall of 2013 when I was in my first year of college at Florida Tech. Joining Alpha Phi quickly became one of the best decisions of my college career. I considered myself lucky to have a found a wonderful group of woman who shared similar goals and values to my own. After graduating, I was fortunate enough to be offered a position on the Alpha Phi advisory board. Eventually, this resulted in me transitioning into the role of Chapter Advisor. Working with the wonderful collegians of Theta Zeta as an advisor has been such an enriching, wonderful experience. I enjoy the role I play in helping these girls prepare for their futures and overall working together to make Alpha Phi the best it can be. The Alpha Phi chapter of Florida Tech is an amazing group of outstanding women who are constantly striving to better themselves and one another, and I am truly proud to be numbered among them.

Chapter colligate administrator
When I became an Alpha Phi as a freshman at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, I knew I had become part of a group of young women who shared the values of sisterhood, leadership, and academic achievement I wanted to experience as a collegiate. But that was only the beginning! After retiring from 30 years of teaching in the public school system in Brevard County, Florida, I reconnected with Alpha Phi and became the Chapter Advisor at Florida Tech. I found that Alpha Phi had grown over the years to expand the Collegiate Alpha Phi experience in so many ways - from providing a warm sisterhood to its members to giving young women so many positive and fulfilling life experiences in leadership, campus involvement, community service and philanthropy. Florida Tech's chapter of Alpha Phi is a great example of what young women of today strive to be- academic achievers, leaders and sisters!! I am proud to be the Chapter Advisor of these amazing young women!!
